TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD

Tottenham Court Road is a famous road in Central London. Going from St Giles' Circus to the border of the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Camden. The road is one-way.

It is an important commercial street, traditionally renowned for its great number of electrical shops, offering a wide range of products from wires amd computer components to high-tech video systems. The second significantly represented sector is the one of furniture shops.

Next to the street are the Whitefield Gardens. At this place you can see a few modern art pieces displayed for Londoners, such as the "Fitzrovia Mural" over 60 feet high, or the Our Glass" panels.

It is the only thoroughfare in the W1 postal district to feature the word road in its name - all the others are streets, squares, etc.
